Paleo Mocha Almond Ice Cream

The base recipe for this Paleo ice cream can be used to make other flavors, like vanilla. Ingredients: 1 can coconut milk 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee 8 drops stevia 1/4 cup almond butter Directions: Put the coconut milk, cocoa powder, coffee, and stevia in a sauce pan and mix well.  Cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes.
